Funding Assistance

Hello Parents, at Windsor Minor Football we believe that all kids who want to play football should be able to play.  We have many sources of funding to help out with the cost of playing in our league.  Here is the list and the instructions in order to tap into these funding opportunities.

Jumpstart - This program is our primary source of funding.  You can access it here:  https://jumpstart.canadiantire.ca fill out the application and wait for your approval.  Send in your proof of approval to us and you are done!

Pathway to Potential - This program is run by the City of Windsor, and is administered by WMFA.  We ask that you apply to Jumpstart first before we use Pathway as Pathway has limited funding.  For this program you just need to send us a copy of the previous years CCB (2023) that shows family income and list of dependents.

Kidsport - Please go to https://www.kidsportcanada.ca and fill out a grant application.  Send in your proof of approval and you are done!  (PS:  Football is not listed on their list of sports, please select Athletics)

ASSIST - Please go to https://www.assistwindsoressex.ca and follow the instructions.
